Eight pairs. One clock.

Tile Flip is a memory game with the fat trimmed off. Sixteen tiles, eight pairs, and a clock that starts the moment you turn over your first tile. There is no move limit and no lives, so the only thing that matters is how quickly you can build a map of the board in your head.
Because it is timed rather than scored, the leaderboard runs the other way around: the lowest number wins. That changes how you play. Rushing costs you when you flip a tile you have already seen and forgotten, and being careful costs you seconds you cannot get back.
It is a good game to play twice in a row. The second run is where you find out whether you were actually remembering the board or just getting lucky.
Click or tap a tile to turn it over, then turn over a second one. If they match they stay face up. If they do not, both flip back after a moment.
The clock starts on your first flip and stops when the last pair is matched. Match all eight pairs to finish.

The leaderboard records your completion time in milliseconds rather than a point score, so a faster run is a smaller number. The board is sorted lowest first.
